Great article!!! Our main goal is to raise "life long learners" and for our children to serve God and love each other. Keeping those things in mind should be how we approach our educational pursuits. We put aside our assignment sheet several times in the past few weeks. Thanks for sharing such an eloquent post!!
I'm been struggling with lack of confidence in my homeschooling decisions lately, and focusing on the big picture is SO IMPORTANT to remember what truly needs to be done and to gain back confidence and direction. You're so right!
Great post with such wonderful suggestions. Our oldest just left for college this year, and every single "life lesson" was worth it! Now to keep going with the younger ones :) Thank you for sharing!
thank you so much for this beautiful post, come visit me sometime! one of your boys looks around the same age as my son (he is 6) I am wondering if you would be interested in being his pen pal. I am looking for a pen pal for him. Let me know maybe for the next school year?
